This project involved the transformation of a former warehouse into space for multiple tenants. The anchor tenant is Pacific Oaks College, an educational leader in human development and marriage and family therapy.  The interior fit-out required adaptation to suit the College’s needs, featuring five classrooms, a computer lab and admissions area, and offices for faculty and staff.  Major changes to the building included reorienting the entrance and penetrating the roof structure to bring natural light into the center of the space while reusing the existing building shell.
