The Partners of PBWS Architects are pleased to announce that Kirstyn Bonneau, RA, NCARB, LEED AP has been elevated to partner.  This transition allows Kirstyn to connect more directly with our clients as an owner-level resource, strengthening the firm’s dedication to client service and satisfaction. Kirstyn focuses on design that enhances the human experience while addressing the realities of sustainability and practicality.

As the first woman to hold the position of partner in the firm’s 64-year history, Kirstyn serves as a mentor to junior members of the staff, both male and female.

“At PBWS, my advancement from recent graduate to partner was due to a firm culture that supports and cultivates the individual talents of diverse staff members. I am excited to continue this ethic through mentorship in my new leadership position. The benefit of a moderately-sized firm such as PBWS is that the staff have a direct and meaningful relationship with the partners daily. My role is to ensure that we all work together to create architecture that makes a difference for our clients, our community, and our world.”
