PBWS provided architectural and engineering services for the development of approximately 4,100 square feet of Central Engineering Services to create a Hydrology Lab for Professor Michael Lamb. 

The project team provided a floor plan, equipment layout, interior elevations, structural design, mechanical and electrical systems design, construction documents and specifications, construction cost estimate, 3-D architectural graphics, bidding phase services, and construction administration services.
