PBWS served as Scoping Architect for this 5-story office building and 5-level parking structure.  The facility houses more than 1,000 employees of the following County departments:  Public Social Services, Children and Family Services, Child Support Services, Probation, Public Health, Health Services and Mental Health. The scope of our services included design-build scoping documents, technical review of design-build proposals, design phase advisory services, and construction administration phase advisory services.
